Another disappointing batch of referrals. The CCAA has referred through 12/8/05 which still puts us receiving a referral closer to 2009. On a good note, they have clarified the issue regarding concurrent adoptions - they are now officially allowed.

Found you and wanted to say keep your spirits up. We brought home our latest China baby right before the huge slowdown and feel very much for you and others like you.
